Refund policy


Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at uciferonyou@gmail.com and send your item to: 22 rue de l'Auniac 34700 Le Bosc.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of your return.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must send your product to: 22 rue de L'Auniac 34700 Le Bosc.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We remind you that pairs of stockings and tights as well as outfits including a thong or tanga are not authorized in customer item returns.

Any product return accepted by our services after control, will be refunded via:

- A Discount Code valid on our site for a period of 1 year, or

- To the bank account associated with the credit card used during the purchase

Can I cancel my order?

However, if you really want to cancel the order before it leaves for delivery, variable costs due to the bank transaction will be reduced from the refund, including a fixed part of €3.
