Definitions.
The term "Customer" refers to the legal or natural person placing an order for products on the site Merchant of www.luciferonyou.fr
The term "Product" means any article whatever it is, subject of the Customer's order, offered for sale on www.luciferonyou.fr in accordancewith these terms and conditions.
The term "Supplier refers to the merchant site www.luciferonyou.fr
The sale of products is made in Metropolitan France, Dom-Tom and World.

Products.

The products are accompanied by a photo. The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on the website have no contractual value and cannot therefore engage the responsibility of the supplier.
Products sold on the website comply with the regulations in force in France. The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation and their use.

Customer Service, Ordering & Processing.
Any order from the supplier assumes the Customer's agreement to these terms Terms & Conditions.

At the supplier, the order validation process, by successive data entries, allows the Customer to make any changes to his order before final summary and final registration of it.
The Customer's order is processed by Lucifer On You.
As soon as the order is placed online, the Customer will receive by email (email ) an acknowledgment of receipt from the supplier confirming the registration of the order by the supplier.
This acknowledgment of receipt will also include the order number allowing the customer to control the constituent elements of the contract (Products ordered, price, possible shipping costs.)
