DELIVERY

Delivery is made exclusively by letter followed and by colissimo.

Please provide your postal address and not that of a relay point.

Free shipping from 60 euros of purchase.

Between 48 hours and 15 days for all destinations in Europe.

15 to 30 days internationally.

For the rest of Europe and the world, shipping costs are charged according to a flat rate that depends on the country. The shipping cost amount is displayed when selecting the country after the shopping cart step.

Delivery is possible in all countries on request.

The supplier will not be considered responsible or in default for any delay in processing, delivery or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure usually recognized by French case law.

The indicative processing time for any order placed before 8 a.m. is 24 hours to 5 working days (5 days or more in exceptional periods: Sales, Strikes, Holidays, etc.), from this period and after flashing by La Poste services, please allow between 48/72 working hours for receipt (given by La Poste).


Lost parcel
It is possible that a delivery may take delay or wander off.

In case of late delivery in relation to the expected time (see above) the buyer must notify us by sending an email to the following address: luciferonyou@gmail.com
We will then contact the Postal Services to trigger a search for parcels lost by the Post Office and which can take up to 21 days (given by the Post Office).

If the searches prove positive, the package will be forwarded to the buyer's address, if on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the 21-day period, the Postal Services will consider the package as lost.
It is only after this period and after the result of the postal investigation that we will send you a replacement product at our expense.

If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at this time, we will establish a refund via a reduction code for the value of your order very quickly, thus allowing you to place a new order and this , as compensation for the loss of your order by the carrier.

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery caused by the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strikes or due to bad weather.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of a problem during transport (torn envelope, open parcel) or if someone other than the recipient of the parcel is brought to open it.

Please fill in your complete and detailed delivery address when placing your order.

- Pickup Points (Note: The delivery address in a Pickup Point must be that of the Pickup Point - Any change of delivery address will result in delivery to a Pickup Point at a Post Office).

In case of return of the package for the reason of wrong address, npai, refused etc...Caused by a bad indication on your part, both when placing your order, but also on your mailbox etc..

We will ask you to pay the shipping costs (from €4) for the 2nd shipment (reshipment) via PayPal, which will contact you by email indicating the procedure to follow.

Track orders
To track your package online with La Post, click on the link we sent you by email, you will know the progress of your package and or letter followed.
You will receive this link by email usually on the day of dispatch at the end of the day. The reading will only be valid the day after dispatch on https://www.laposte.fr , however following a new La Poste Directive, the letters tracked are no longer flashed on departure for delivery but only on arrival in the distribution and delivery area.
